I had a postpaid airtel mobile connection (9840725247). I got it disconnected in August. At that time I requested to stop the ECS request also.
But ECS stoppage was not done. Money was going out of my bank account. I called the Airtel Customer care and raised the complaint again. The complaint number is 14666321. Till now they have not refunded the money which has moved out from my bank account (Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec).
This has caused a lot of mental tension for me and I have decided to close my account. If anyone can help me in getting the money back, please help me so.
