Closure of Service and other benefits

Sir,

I took a connection of AIRTEL Pre-Paid, on 04 November 07 from JMD Communication, Lajpat Nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. It was taken in the name of Mrs Sadhana Singh. Relevant documents were submitted. My papers were sent to Airtel Office for my phone activation. But, to my dismay I got a call from Ghaziabad Airtel office that the connection I was using was not on the name of Sadhana Singh but on some other name. I was instructed to submit my documentary proof once again. I am serving in Indian Air Force, and at that time I was place at New Delhi on official job hence there was a little delay in re-submission of papers. But after submission of my paper, on the third day I was disconnected from Airtel and my SIM was showing Inactive SIM. However, it was reactivated on 11 Dec 07 but my value added features were removed. My SIM had a validity of two years but after reactivation it showed that my SIM validity is over and I had to recharge it. I contacted to Customer care and told my problem but on the third day only I was again given the fresh validity for the two years. I also had a value added service of local Airtel to Airtel Rs. 50/- free talk taime every month, which I was taken off. Now whenever, I try to contact Customer care, I am not getting the service. Only computer generated voice is heard but no Executives are coming on line. Kindly help.
