Dear sir,
I am alagesan i am using 4 year airtel connection initally i am postpaid customer they are charging hidden charges coming my bill and now 2 year back i changed prepaid connection the same number now 6 month back i want miss call alert facility they are activated but they are proving the service i am asking so much of time customer care offcier they given complaint number and no response they given time period but not respond and they cancelled the miss call service and they are retrrun my charge, and every month they are taking the charges for miss call what they are doing i am really angree with airtel ..
