I am a customer of airtel since last 13 yrs and i have 3 connections 9810078800, 9910078800, 9818405522. What i have been noticing that services of airtell are deteriorating, worsning day by day and now they have become worst. There was time when i was so happy with airtel AND NOW ILLITERATE, FOOLISH, STUPID, executives are sitting at customer service, who dont know any thingthing except, sorry for keeping you on hold and few more ratta lines. I had requested for activation of Rs 99 plan on my no 9910078800, on which .20 paise will be charged from airtel to airtel.
I had given request on 9th sept and till date, as on 15th sept the service has not been activated and i presuming that service has been activated, started using the mobile, with the understanding that i am being charged .20 per call. Who is going to pay for the difference? Will airtel pay that? All idiots as executives have been appointed by airtel. Not now everytime i hve to shout and make your executives understand for what is required.
