Bill not sent in-time, forcing for payment, when calling for customer care irregular responce&no responce for complaint

Airtel team & Airtel network is becoming is becoming very worst now-a days, after 10 to 15 days of bill generate & due date is over also Airtel is not sending the bill (Hard copy or soft copy) when we go for customer care centre also no proper responce, every time customer has to beg on airtel help desk peoples for any concerns, i have got fedd-up because of airtel network issue & billing query problems
