Deposit refund and wrong debit into my account

I have discontinued my Airtel connection and have been seeking refund from Airtel for the past 6 months or so, neither I have received my money back and on top of it they have debited my account again in June for a bill they have raised for May when the connections have been disconnected in mid April itself.

I have elevated the problem to many people for the past few months and have no response or action from them as of now. I am fed up and I need help in the matter.
