I AM NITIN KUMAR MITTAL OF DELHI.

I AM A CURRENT CUSTOMER OF AIRTEL BROADBAND USING PLAN ((DSL-250 COMBO WITH

NIGHT TOP-UP)). PHONE NUMBER:01145587082, ACCOUNT NUMBER:12737330

I AM USING BROADBAND FROM LAST 10 MONTHS WITH NO REGRET BUT FROM THE MONTH (NOVEMBER and DECEMBER),

I M FACING PROBLEMS REGARDING EXTRA BILLING FOR EXTRA USAGE OF DSL,

MY PROBLEM OF CONCERN IS THAT THE EXTRA CHARGE PUT UP AT SPECIFIED PATICULAR DATE AND TIMEE, I HAVE NO PERSON

USING THE COMPUTEER AT THOSE TIME, THEN HOW CN I GET THOSE CHARGES, AND THOSE CHARGES ARE FOR MORE THAN THOUSAND

AT THOSE TIMEEE,

THOSE SATISFING MONTHS OF SERVICES FROM UR SIDEE HAD MADE MY FAITH ALIVEE, SO PLZZ
