Dear sir/Madam, I m using airtel prepaid no 9971532190. On 27 th december i had received a sms to submit my address proof and a photo at Airtel centre and the same day my incoming and outgoing calls have been deactivated. I have submitte my photo and address proof at Sector -18 Noida Airtel centre on 28th december but my sim is not activated again. I have done a lots of follow ups with customer care, nodal office and air tel service centre but nobody is giving proper response
