I am with AirTel for the past 4 years and this is the kind of service they provide to esteemed customers, its the serious time to change the service provider. I have never delayed paying bills, I used to pay bills before I get the paper receipt. Still I have some or other complains about the service. At AirTel, Splendid Towers, I have submitted 2 requests, (Change of Owner & Change of Rate Plan to AES 249). I have submitted all the requested documents and paid my outstanding bill. Customer Care promised to service my request in 2 days, its been more than a week now and there is no progress. CC has no idea about the status of my request. Whenever I call them, there is a static response
"Your request has been forwarded to the concerned department, and the issue will be resolved in next 24 working hours".
I have made umpteen number of calls, but still in vain. Neither of my requests are completed. I seriously think to discontinue with AirTel just for these reasons.
