Disturbing sound

My nokia N 73 produced irritating sound when iam calling .i was contacted nokia service centre in kannur (kerala).they payed Rs250 for repair its mike. After two days the same compliant back to my phone. i contact them one more time and repaired my phone. After two days the same compliant back to my phone. now its useless to me
