Why should we go for airtel???

1.There is a long delay if a call made to customer care and wanted to talk to customer care executive. They are not picking the call.

2.My sim was blocked without any previous warning or information. Suddenly at a morning the sim was blocked and I am not even able to recieve the call. Even it should not happen with corporate customers.

3.When calling to airtel technical support 12118 the call is disconnects with an automated response i.e. welcome to airtel and thankyou for calling and if iam calling to customer care regarding the same, the excuse is the Server is down etc...??
