Cancellation of 460 plan

This is sudhansu of prepaid no-09967262524..

i want to cancel my 460 plan...

but there is no response from airtel custmer care...

i had talked 3/4 times, they gave me assuared it will be cancelled after 24 hours...

they didn't do that rather that they deactive my custemer care no...
