My self rizwanul haque, resident on chapra (saran), bihar. i am using airtel prepaid mobile connection 9955668497 from last 1.5 year.
sir mere connection per GPRS last 1.5 year se activate hai.jiska monthly rental Rs.-249/- every month deduct hota hai.lekin this month ye deduction do bar (twise) deduct ho gaya hai. jiska complain maine customer care ko via sms kiya hu.jiska complain no.-CBDPA3022104407300 and 30221044073 hai. lekin abhi tak koi response nahi mila hai.
sir mera paisa (Rs.-249/-) return karaya jai.aur airtel per koi action liya jaye kyoki future me second time aisa nahi ho.
