Chennai Airtel Customer Care Has Become Very Worst

I'm Vasu Devan from chennai.i'm using Airtel no for past 3 years... My no is 9840256249

I was very happy with the services they provided. But, as the no of customer increases. They started showing their real stuffs.

For Me my balance (Rs.50) getting reduced every month as soon as i receive the message from the network "Thank u for using Airtel Network from 6460110"

this problem is happening from last 5 months... i hav given complaint regarding this to customer care.they agreed their fault n they had refund that credit to my balance... second time when it happend, i was busy with my exam.so i din worry about this much.third time i was in roaming that time they updated for the same reason, sending that same damn message.when i gave the complaint, they said they'll take 5 to 7 days to clear this n fix this problem.

i was happy... that time .but still this shitty problem occurs...

On top of all this, when i gav complaint for the 1st time.that time itself they refunded my balance n assured that this wont happen in future. But they still din even think about that... i guess.

Now, ...i lost my patience n went to near by Airtel head office n gave a complaint.their they cooly sayin that they cant refund the balance.but they can stop those message from that network.

if it so... i have to lose my balance for not doin anythng.

for all this problem i hav deactivated AIRTEL LIVE 2 months before.stil i wonder where the hell i did. As per my knowledge i never gave my mobile to any one. I wont bother if at all i din giv this no to my frunds al around the world.

I cant simply stick to other new no.

So this would be my last complaint... if this problem arises again.i'll surely put ur network in Consumer court for justice.
