No response of the executives of airtel -varanasi

I (anish arora) am the loyal customer of airtel since last two years. the executives of the company in varanasi do not response properly and they give false information about the schemes and after that they do not respond on the calls made by me.i am being mentally harassed by your executives and the guards.every employees of your company thinks himself as the owner of the company.

please do the needful action as soon as possible
