I am using airtel mobile services since a long time, but now a days I feel that the service of Airtel has worsened, as this is being using commercial use only and as customer I also feel that due to airtel, I am very disturbed due to unwanted calls at any time- day or night. I had registered for DND too more than two month back, but no result. I had also contacted to your CCE, but again no reult, even they refused to do anything and cut the call. Why airtel is doing so to harass its customer?
Even sending the email many time to you, you are also not taking action, Why?
