Not Making call in customer care

Sir,

i have been doing complaint in airtel since 28 oct.my problem is that when i make call in customer, my number is cut, i have write this problem 3-4 times and another problem is i took message plan for ruppes 88 this plan were disable 10days approx. i taked krishan, jaslin, rita etc they all are astray me .plz help me
