Wrong plan given to me

SIR,

I am? Neeraj Pandey and my mobile no. is 09960878438, I am using this no. from last two years, previously it was prepaid and five months back i have converted it into post-paid.By this mail i want to grab your kind attention on generation of abnormal bill for the month april-08 on my no. this is only due to activating wrong blackberry plan on my no.by customer care executive at 7070. I am giving u a short scenario of how i

was misguided by AIRTEL tele-executives at 7070.

Few days back I have purchased black-berry handset (pearl

8120), after two days on 18th April a officer (ms. Swati) from airtel blackberry department called me and suggested me to activate blackberry service on my no. she described me three plans of 299 (chargeable), 499 (first 500MB free), 899 (unlimited), previously i was using 349 plan on my htc handset that? s why i told her to activate 499 plan. She misinterpreted the plan of 499 which offers only of 500KB free instead of 500MB.

After activation the bill started rising very abruptly from

rs170 to rs2000 in a single day and 2000 to 9000 on next day, then i suspected that there? s something wrong with billing, so i contacted 7070 and spoke to miss Chandrani and she assured me that 500MB browsing is free on 499 plan, even after this my bill is still rising abnormally finally i visited customers relationship centre of F.C.road, Pune and i explained my problem to Mr. Pranav over there, he again misguided me and told me

that in 499 plan browsing is totally free. He provided me the no. of Mr. Ashish for further queries as i was not satisfied by the answer of Mr. Pranav, I immediately called Ashish, that smart guy described me exactly and clearly that according to 499 plan i was charged 50p/kb and suggested me to change the plan by 899.I made it immediately Now in current scenario for only

five days of activation of wrongly interpreted blackberry service plan of 499 I was charged near about Rs.60000 and my average bill for each month is near about Rs.1200 as a final bill. No one is such a fool to choose 60000 rupees rather than 899.

now i need help from ur bord to short out my problem.
