Unnecessary deduction of money

I have been usin my card from last 3 years.i have taken a pack of Rs.59/- with the help of which my ISD Calling would be Rs.3.99 instead of Rs.6.40.i called up customer care n infomed them that extra money was cut buy them.initially they said k i was wrong n were very rude.they even hungup my phone. But latelly did refund my money back. Again the same thing happened n they said that they would refund my money back within 48 hrs. Then i got a call from there executive that they would refund my money within 24hrs n it has been 72hrs after there call but still my money has not been rufuned to me. I have called up customer care 10 times. Airtel is useless and they are poor at customer service. The market is so competative still they dont understand the importance of customer and there valueable time. Shame on the organisation.
