I am writing this on 14/12.. My Airtel Mobile service has been down since last 4 days!!.. I regret to have chosen Airtel to move from Prepaid to Postpaid due to a disappointing, disgusting and decieving handling of the migration. On Friday without telling me, Airtel has disconnected my prepaid service and I have been recieving "SIM Registration Failed" message from 10/12 until now. Since I didnot receive the replacement SIM earlier, this happened. Airtel executive in Ascendas/Adyar office advised me to get a replacement SIM in order to get the activation of Postpaid service. When I visited on Monday itself, they could not make service work even today 14/12.. No responsible response from Airtel executives on how long it will take!! This is the most ridiculous service from Airtel who is boasting off with 3g and all while the matter of fact is they are strugglign with post paid services itself!! I strongly condemn the action of Airtel which has caused severe disruption to my service without any logical reasoning and damaged my customers who have been unable to reach me for last 5 days!!
