I want to bring this in notice of all. I made a payment of Rs 1700.00 on 22 of may through Barclays credit card and last date was 24 of may.on 26th Airtel disconnected my connection with the reason that I haven't paid my bills. After confirming from barlays, which shows payment has made, I call customer care and I was treated as I have done a crime and without any reason my sim was barred even I was not able to receive the calls.
Next day when I called customer care, I was told that your sim has not barred. This was ridicules. I suffered a lot on that night and I want to take this matter in front of TRAI.
If any one knows how to file a case through TRAI please let me know.
