Here the Issue details are:-
Step 1:&-gt; My Airtel Phone line and Broadband internet was down this Sunday May 25th 08 and I raised a Ticket # :&-gt; 7198052 on the same day. Person Visited after 2 days
i.e. on 27th May and it was fixed.
Step2:&-gt; My Broadband was still not working and I’ve been told to raise another Ticket and I raised that and the Ticket # was :&-gt; 7288504 raised on May 27th
The person provided “WRONG RESOULTION” report to the office and said phone is dead. Please refer my above complain number and the phone was already repaired.
Step 3:&-gt; I’ve been asked to raise another ticket which is Ticket# 7310986 (Raised on 28th May 08)
Today is May 29th and my Brodaband is still down, while phone is working fine.
