Aseless arguments by the company

We have received a message to our mobile for the airtel networking requesting to recharge for rs. 52 and get 500 local/national sms daily for 30 days. as per the message, we have recharged for rs. 52 for the sending and receiving the messages as per our smooth communication. but after sending one message, i got an shocking message, that rupee 1 charged... after this, we have contacted the airtel customer care. but they have acted in a rude manner and also suggested to threw the sim and shut down from our network. as you know, now and they many networks are coming up in India to mobilise and give competative market to support India to come up in the industrial category. if a reputed and well established company people behaving like this way, we don’t have patients to tolerate their behaviour. we are working in a respectful media field, if they don’t want to cooperate with us means, why should we support such network in india specially in karnataka. as you know, either you have to give the justice for us by taking action against them at the earliest.
