NOT SENDING ACTIVATION SETTINGS

On 27.06.08 I got Airtel prepaid connection, I changed to Airtel service only to avail the GPRS & MMS Service Here. I pertinently mention here that I had Dolphin connection previously for availing the facility of GPRS & MMS but in Dolphin presently the services were only available at Delhi and not in NCR like Ghaziabad for this reason alone I opted for Airtel connection after getting airtel connection since 27.06.08 daily iam trying to activate GPRS & MMS when I sent SMS request I received an SMS from airtel that “shortly you will receive a confirmation SMS on activation of the service then” followed that “Airtel Live has been activated on your mobile. Please send Live to 52567 (free) for settings, save them as default. Dial 12118 for assistance.” but after fulfilling the details provided on SMS no settings were received, even, when I contacted customer care I told to do the same process I also tried for quite 4 times in four days and waited, But till today I did’t received any settings for GPRS & MMS .

Taking a New Connection for GPRS & MMS by holding up the old connection is what for?
