Poor customer service and harassment

I paid my bill on

26.06.2008 for the tel num 9971003926.my calls were barred the next day.clld cust service... continued the service..again got disconnected within 2 days. The representative who collected the cheque promised the calls will not get barred.clld cust serv from 12 midnight till 5:07 pm.no response... poor service, lousy treatment is what you get. I wud like to charge them for harassment.
