I activated GPRS and MMS on my Nokia 6080 phone a couple of weeks ago but for the past few days, the services are disconnected. If i try calling up the customer care number, i'm directed to send an sms complaint. This hasn't worked till now. How do i set things straight if the customer care does not comply. Also i have not been able to view an mms sent to me by a friend. Their website offers no help, instead calls my number invalid. I'm very upset with Airtel now.
