On 14th July, I got a service msg. That by sending SMS YES to 5517048, I will get 450rs worth SMS bal. Its a offer we are having in our place. So I sent SMS, and 48Rs deducted from my Bal. Then I got service reply that the service will be activated in 24Hrs. but it didn’t. When I spoke to customer care, they are holding my call for long time, or they are taking complaints and saying to wait for 48Hrs. Obviously we forget about that after that time. The same is happening with me. From past 10 days neither I can have 450Rs sms or my 48 Rs talk time.
And the customer care is BINDAS in their own way.
Today a new problem raised, I have a power plus card which charge 1RP for std. But 1.50 is deducting for no reason. Though I have validity and all, its happening. Again they are giving complaint no.s.
Till now I have 4 complaint nos, . but no actions against them
Its my experience that AIRTEL customer care fit for nothing, even I depend on net for my GPRS settings 3monthsback.That is the service of AIRTEL.
