Problems:
1) I can't contact customer care they blocked my number. Why i don't know.
2) Unnecessary taking amount from account. I can't recharge. If i unsubscribe any service 3rs going but no use next when i recharge then taking amount. I call to customer care means no response from mobile no.. Then why customer care Please close it.
3) 2 months before i call to customer care for 1 year pack for caller tone its Rs.200 they said in one hour it will activate but till it not activate. I think that one hour didn't came.
4) Now i put Rs.60 message card for 2 months validity. But now one month only going to finish. One message came from airtel as ur 60 pack card is going to finish in 3 days please recharge. What this and Why are you doing this?
You don't like to use my Mobile no. means please change that to other network. If i give PORT request no response ur side.
This like u doing means i am a stupid to using ur network.
In 3 days the message card finish means surely i broken ur network card and use other network.
Please take necessary action for this otherwise network population will reduce.
