To whomsoever it may concern
This is to let know that your company AIRTEL has disappointed me yet
again regarding the my Documents not reached to the concerned department, as
being a customer I have been suffering a lot, as my services were disconnected
without any intimation, I called a number it went thru to customer service and
I was informed that I need to go to nearest customer correspondence office, I
went to Behra enclave office they said they dont have any information and need
to submit the documents again. I believe this botheration is like a Harassment
to me and I am disturbed again and again in my busy schedule. I would be please
to inform you that after clearing this I would switch my services of this
number to vodafone and other 2 numbers 9818644446, 01145657414 would be followed
soon.
As per the customer service deptt my documents have not been submitted, So can
I please know that why I was sent this email mentined above, that the documnets
have been reached to the concerned authortiy. I believe airtel has made a
regular practice of bothering people.
My next step would be to file this in consumer court, If I will not be getting
the apology
Was informed that will get the revert back in 48hrs that has not happened
