Prepaid account balance not credited

I am having life time prepaid connection. I have recharged (200 Rs) my mobile on 18/07 trough internet banking facility of ICICI BANK.

Later, on the same day I have also received recharged successful SMS from Air tel. But I am yet to receive balance on my mobile. While interacting with customer care person she told me that on 18/07 there was a major

system failure so we will be unable to help u.

i AM ATTACHING MY DETAILS OF CORRESPONDENCE WITH AIR TEL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
