Not sending itemised bill on my email id despite of giving so many intimation

Very poor & useless service i am getting at present. since i have taken the connection they are not providing me the itemised bill on my email id despite of sending so many intimation and i have plan of rental 500 rs where i am getting 500 rs free on flat basis and they are charging above all. despite making payment i am getting sms to pay the bill.

i think i should disconect the no. and go for other service provider.
