Airtel changes/modifies their existing plan with informing the consumers

I am Dipanshu Mittal, resident of Delhi my mobile no is 9818477012. i had recharge my prepaid mobile with the Rs. 297/- plan (according to this plan user get the Rs. 50/- talktime for other network and Airtel to Airtel 1000 mins and all local calls will be of rs 0.50 paisa) on 22-9-2208 in evening via ERecharge when my recharge was done i receive a Sms which states that "Recharge successfully on 22-09 at 6.32 pm. talktime RS. 50MRP RS. 297.00 transID 61715302 ". According to the plan i am getting Rs. 50/- talktime in my balance but it is not added. On calling to the customer care for the reasons why my money is not added to my account...? then their executive told me that this plan is changed now you were getting only airtel to airtel 1000 mins. This company does not update the information in time and not give any information on changing in existing prepaid plans to the customers of that plan. i want my money what ever is your plan is existing right now but my question is that why your company sends me the erecharge message wrong on my cell after recharging and why not they inform me that they are changing the prepaid plan from so and so date.

Airtel Company changes the actual plan 2 times in 1 month period with out informing the customer.
