Airtel customer Care service using abusive lang

The executive name i think was govind (time 11 pm to 11:30 pm on 8th september)

asked for my friends plan (why the service of 10 paise not being activated)

he says is there n said i know its there but i hav been charged 1 rupee to my friends group... he is like check it .. i told hav... he starts to use abusive lang.. (circle maharashtra & goa)

i had sent a mail to the customer care n the nodal officer but got no response from them
