NOT SATISFIED FROM AIRTEL OUTLET and CUSTOMER CARE

Sir, I was airtel postpaid customer last 5 and 6 years but i convert my airtel postpaid no. 9810770094 (sim no.8991100307036235448) to prepaid on 14.07.2008 at 10.15 A.M. but at this time my phone showing invalid sim last 7 days. On 17.07.2008 Miss Payal, Airtel Outlet customer care executive, kamla nagar gave me a new (sim no.8991100806129661220) and said your phone start in 2 hours, but today is 21.07.2008 time 5.45 my phone showing invalid sim, when I want to talk kamla nagar airtel outlet manager Mr. Regi, Mr. Vikas and Miss payal, they gave me always one answer last 7 days (KAL 12 BAJE TAK HO JAYEGA) I also talk 121 airtel customer care but he says you talk to outlet we could not do anything.

Sir now i am very fed up for these people and airtel customer care, please shortout my this problem immediately. My another contanct no. is 9810725594
