Unethical business by Airtel (India)

I am residing in Hyderabad. I took a mobile on 22.5.2008. The shop keeper put a sim card of AIRTEL bearing No.9908671366 stating that it has got "LIFE TIME INCOMING FREE". I paid around Rs.195/- towards sim activation charges. I have taken a card of Rs.333/- and using the mobile. The message of validity was coming as three years i.e. upto May.

Since the amount was exhausted I asked my daughter to recharge the mobile. She did so with Rs.98/- on 24.7.2008. With this recharge, I lost the life time incoming facility and the validity of my connection was restricted to 30 days, instead upto March. That means by making a payment of Rs.98/- I have lost Free incoming for 3 years and got only 30 days incoming validity. (They have allowed me Rs.9/- talk time and withdrawn the life time incoming facility).

I wanted to complain about this. Only Customer care people were answering me. They stated that I have done a mistake by taking Rs.98/- card whose validity is only 30 days.By taking this card I lost the facility of 3 years free incoming, they added. They finally replied they cannot do anything in the matter and again I have to pay Rs.295/- to get 3 years free incoming facility once again.

This is ridiculous. When they have allowed life time free incoming facility once given, how can it be withdrawn when the RC card of Rs.98/- is taken by me knowingly or unknowingly.

I have tried with the Customer care people thrice for restoration of Life Time free incoming facility. But they refused. THEY ARE NOT GIVING THE TOP EXECUTIVE TELEPHONE NO. TO TALK TO HIM AND SORT OUT THE PROBLEM SINCE THE TOP PEOPLE WILL THINK WITH SOME BRAIN. Then I wanted to make a complaint through net. But they did not give me the Email Address. They also did not tell me about their website address. Simply they said that their website address is www.airtelworld.com. When I opened this site, it was stated that "the site on Complaints do not exist". How funny this is. The people doing phone business is not having any address. It is not known why they kept their address secret. This is not an ethical business by AIRTEL.

I DO NOT KNOW TO WHOM I HAVE TO TELL ALL THIS FOR REDRESSAL. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THE TOP PEOPLE OF AIRTELARE NOT COMING INTO THE SCENE BUT ONLY CUSTOMER CARAE PEOPLE ARE COMING INTO THE SCENE WHO CANNOTTAKE A DECISION ON EVEN COMMON SENSE ISSUES.

This is my probleM and I do not who will solve it.
