Poor Customer Care Service

Hi, i m customer of airtel punjab (chandigarh). My cell no. Is 9876289886. I had registered a complaint no.148871, which is still pending, I was using Mobile office, but due to slow speed I don't want to continoue it any more so I talked with customer care that how to deactive it, some one from there guide me not to maintain a sufficient balance & it will be deactived automatically, I have done the same & it got deactivated on 25th sep after that I recharged my phone & on next day it (Mobile Office) got activated automatically without sending any request from my side & deduct my balance from 250 Rs. I call customer care, but they did not respond in any way, I talked with TEAM LEAD MR. Cheatan & MR. Pritpaal, they assured me that I will get Rs 250 with in 4 to 8 hrs, but still I did not get any single peny, now they have stopped my access to CUSTOMER CARE.

PLEASE SOLVE MY ISSUE ASAP... Thanx in advance
