I have been barred from using my Pre paid no.9717354710 for want of verification of papers/identity, although all papers were submitted by me at the time of purchase. I have again submitted all the papers 4 days back but the phone has not yet been restored despite false assurances by call centre. Call Centre is nothing but to befool the innocent people. They ask to hold the phone for 10-15 minutes and disconnect the line. This high handedness of of Operatiors must be checked and suitable penalty be imposed. Further, I will make maximum negative publicity against Airtel. I am a senior Executive in a nationalised bank.
