Dear sir,
An Airtel Executive (Name=Pradeep, phone number = 9952003176) came to my office and told that there is a scheme under which National roaming will be Free between two CUG simcards applied by the same person.
I asked him "one sim card is going to be in Bangalore, and one is going be in Chennai (I reside in chennai). Will there be any roaming charges if calls are dialled between these two sim cards? "
I asked this question almost 15 times in a month whenever I observed the 'increasing bill' online. He kept on saying "No problem. there will be no roaming charges. It will not reflect in your actual bill."
Now the bill came including the rental charges. He is not attending the calls now. I have already filed a complaint in Airtel. But they told they cant do any justice to me (callcentre executive I spoke with is 'Ramani').
