I had airtel number and i lost my cell phone in Delhi Metro.
I called in the customer care from my frinedns nimber which is an Post paid connectio0n first they started hanging up on me but later they told me that my SIM has been blocked and gave me complaint number and said every thing is done, Next day i call the customer care again and they say it has not been done and complaint number which i was give was no valid one and there was no record for my complaint.
This is a simple case of fake commitment and customer negligence.
Please look into it because f some one uses my SIM to do any unfrinedly activity then i will suffer.
