I have been using the numbers 9971285047, 9958203021, 9971710494 and 9971710495 of Air Tel. Since the starting of service of the above given numbers my service provider regulary start different services without my permission and add the amount for the service in my bills. I have complained several times to customer care. After not getting satisfactory answer from them I also wrote to the nodal officer but again didn't get any satisfactory answer why they have started additional services without my permission.
Also they do not mention the charges in their monthly bills clearly.
As per me it is nothing but snatching money from customers. The company is snatching crores of rupees from customers in this way. Since they do not mention the charges clearly, most of the customers are not aware about it and pay the bills.
