Change of plan without my permission and information

I have already contacted airtel customer care for changing the combo plan to WEST-Surf 549 without any permission or request. Combo plan was working well according to my need. After repeated complaints done to airtel customer care no action is been taken. Therefore i ask you to take immediate action of this complaint otherwise i will not be responsible for the upcoming bill
