Dear sir,
I have broadband issues with my aritel. i have taken the connection on 12/12. i have not at all used as my dsl and internet doesnt glow at all. i have given the complaint many times.airtel technician had come and checked. he says it takes 3 days. but still i didnt get any response. not at all lifting my phone too. I dont know why this inconvinceance to me. i have called up airtel customer care on 16/12, they say my connection has been disconnected. not active.
I want to cancel the connection and i need the refund amount of the 500 deposit which i have paid. i cant bear with this connection anymore. If at all i need to talk to the supervisors or any higher authorities, iam ready to talk to them. I have even got the first bill dated 12/12 without any usage. i dont take it as consideration at all. Iam not gonna pay any amount for this damn connection. you guys have made me ****** off. Even the Nodal officer doesnt lift (Thats You i guess). I dont regret if i dont get reply to this mail also. how many requests are pending i dont know. Its a bad part on airtel. If commitment given, i need to have good connection and service too.all sales man do give bloody commitment. iam not going to tolerate this. I dont find to type so long emails too. your gonna pay for this.
