Wrong billing by Airtel

This is regarding wrong billing by Airtel (Ghaziabad).

I have a landline no 0120-4158817 at Shipra mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, registered with the name of Knight Frank. The previous bill of month Nov 08 was of Rs 3387 in which waiver of Rs 420 was given. After the payment of the previous bill, the waived amount is again shown as payable in the current bill of Rs2056.

It is requested that new bill be generated at the earliest without admitting the earlier waived amount.

Needless to say the disconnection of the phone is hampering the routine work adversely.

An early action is requested.,
