I am using AIRTEL in UDAIPUR RAJASTHAN since last 2 years
on my connection few services is activate. Now I want to diactivate
all but when I dail 121 tap start for customer care I press 9 but the actual problem start when I press 9 to talk to customer care and message comes that this number (which I press) is not a valid selection while in tape that number is reserve to talk to customer care. now what can I do for same.
I am facing this problem since last 2 months.
and for those services paid which i dont want at all.
please do the needfull
