Airtel signal dropping and bad response of Mr Kunal Jindal at Pune office

We are disturbed to note that the response of Mr Kunal Jindal of Airtel - 9766549090 against our complaint of signal dropping 80% of calls, is extremely poor. The boss seems to be out of reach of Ms Prachi and Ms Tejeswani. I do not understand why suc persons have been employed in your company. They are not ready to share the contact no of the person responsible for Pune. We would like to terminate all connections if ths continues.

We have been calling Mr Jindal to our office in Chinchwad but it seems that every time he is busy in reviews.
