Highly poor service of Airtel Customer Care

I am from New Delhi. I have an airtel prepaid connection. I noticed that without my subscribing to Java Games I received that SMS on my mobile that Rs.99/- have been deducted. When I spoke to the staff of Airtel on 121 I was told that they cannot do anything and were very harsh.

If you want, I can name the persons to whom I had spoken.

This is not the only case. Without subscribing to Hello tunes, Airtel has been deducting charges @ Rs. 30/-per month for the last two months. When spoken at the customer case service, I was told that same answer that we cannot do anything.

Now, When ever I called to that no: that they have given, they dont pick up the phone and other no: is not availabl.

If this kind of service is being provided than in near future all customers will shift to other service providers.
