Terrible delay in getting connection - still havent got it!!

Hello

I have bought a new mobile connection from Airtel - DAP 400 Postpaid as a Corporate Connection through my company on September 18th - however even after paying the initial amount of Rs 500, they havent yet started the connection. There has been a delay of one week in the same now - initially they said it was some document verification problem, now they say its some delay in the processing office. My calls are not being received / I am being directed from one person to another. The patent excuse from Customer Service is that the "System is Down".

Please put some penalty on this people for the harassment I have gone through. Even before this connection, I have been harassed at the Airtel Relationship Office, Bandra - for different kind of proofs never normally demanded. An amount of Rs 500 is stuck there too from my side, which I have been told to collect after 45 days.
