Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Mohammed Nadim, am using the Airtel Data Card (# 9831028130) and am extremely dissatisfied with the service. I am using the UNLIMITED PLAN for Rs 999. I had subscribed for this service from the AIRTEL CENTRE, NEW MARKET. That time I was promised that I will get a committed bandwidth of 236 Kbps but all throughout the month, the bandwidth which I am getting ranges from 30 - 70 Kbps. I have tried complaining about this at the Customer Service Call Centre but to no avail as the calls keep getting bounced from one place to the other.
I am so dissatisfied with the service that I feel like discontinuing with the service.
Please advise accordingly.
