CHARGING EXTRA MONEY ON RECHARGIN MOBILE'S PREPAID CONEECTION

I STAY IN KALYAN WEST.

my purpose for this complaint is that whenever we recharge our mobile phones from any of the shops they charge us some extra money on every recharge.

I havee called the customer care of the AIRTEL they have taken the complaint and suggested me to go the AIRTEL gallery and they have also not taken any action till date I hope my complaint will be taken into consideration ad solved as quickly as possible. THANK YOU.
