Non availability of recharge cards

For the last 4 days I have been going round to various Airtel outlets in Noida to get a recharge card for the Digital TV service. I am told recharge cards are out of stock. I am trying to recharge a sum of Rs 48 only. Result is that all channels have been blocked. What does one do? Terrible service.
